Today the girls of apartment 63 were one of the musical numbers for sacrament meeting.

We were pretty excited to play "Come Thou Fount of Every Blessing" - we've been wanting to do it for weeks, Alena and Jordan on the mic, Kaylee on the viola, Sarah on the violin, and myself on the piano

But alas, the joke was on us

The second musical number, put on by a couple FHE brothers also happened to be our beloved "Come Thou Fount"...

Let's just say we were more than one upped.

We were outdone, stripped down, buried, shafted, any other good synonyms?

The thing was, i didn't care one bit

It was beautiful in every way - the piano, the cello, the singing

I embarrassed myself telling the cello boy how amazing it was... but let's forget about that
